TestimonialsI was involved with Ann Crane's Kindergarten for 6 years. My oldest daughter attended for 4 years,
first Nursery, 2-Day Pre-K, 4-Day Pre-K and then Kindergarten. My youngest
daughter attended for 3 years. Both of my children had an excellent
experience at the school. The teachers provided everything my children
needed from nurturing, discipline, social skills, as well as a well rounded
education. I think both of them got a lot out of being in a small and
intimate Kindergarten class which gave them a huge boost for first grade.
I loved that they could stay for Lunch Bunch as well, which was also a great
preparation for longer days in first grade. I found that the
staff works so well together as a cohesive unit and in such a small environment
they are able to know every child at every grade level. For me and my
children it was a
wonderful experience and I recommend this
school highly. After visiting nearly every
preschool in the Haverhill area, I could not have been more pleased with my
decision to send my children to Ann Crane’s Kindergarten. It has such a cozy,
nurturing, homelike environment. It is located in a house nestled in a quaint
little neighborhood near Smiley School. Since I am a worrier, I was thrilled to
find that each classroom has its own bathroom and each station of the playground
is supervised by a teacher. My children would stay for Lunch Bunch once or
twice a week while I got my errands done. It was great! My twin boys
absolutely loved their class at Ann Crane’s. I would highly recommend it to
anyone who’s interested. Call them for an appointment to visit and see for
yourself. Their prices are reasonable and they’ve been around for over 70
years! It all began in the winter of 2002. It was the diligent search for the perfect preschool for my oldest daughter, Anna. It had to be the perfect match. I applied to private, catholic and Montessori preschools before I discovered Ann Crane’s. Immediately, I knew it was the right match, not only for Anna but our family as well. It was small, nurturing and welcomed us with open arms. It was a homecoming of sorts. When I dropped Anna off, it felt like an extension of HOME. How comforting! As we flipped the calendar to 2009, I became a bit tearful
and nostalgic. Seven years and three daughters later, our tenure at Ann Cranes
is coming to an end. Although we leave with sad hearts, I know my daughters
received a great preschool education that carried and will carry them into
successful elementary school years. I am truly grateful for the positive
environment, confidence building and instructional excellence Ann Crane’s has
provided. If we are lucky, their children will attend Ann Crane’s too.
